If you are our blog stalker, you might know Anton & Karmina from their wedding pictures we took few months ago. It has been an amazing journey with the Sheerss team, followers and clients who have been supporting us to where we are today. It’s an amazing journey that we have gone through and we truly enjoy the every mile of it.
We learnt that our team members have wonderful mother to begin with. Their care, their teaching and their love are what made them today. They support what we have decided to do and even though we rebel sometimes, in the end we still end up in their embrace.
Mother love shapes cultures and individuals. While most mothers know that their love and emotional availability are vital to their children’s well-being, many of us do not understand the profound and long-lasting impact we have in developing children’s minds, teaching them first lessons of love, shaping their consciences … At a time when society urges children to seek their worth and personal fulfilment in things that take them away from their families and intimate bonds, all those invite children wanting to come back home — to their mother where they found their best selves, their hearts.
We need to be willing to look inside our own experiences to identify any places we may still be affected by our relationship with our own mother. We can begin that journey by simply being willing to search our heart and better understand ourselves.
As I’m pouring my heart out on this blog, this article is dedicated to all the mothers and especially Karmina. It is unconditional and it establishes trust and a firm foundation of emotional intimacy in a child’s life, for there is nothing like a mother’s love.
