I’ve been looking forward to the wedding day of Benny and Cindy since we wrapped up their prewedding session in Norway. Maybe because they were one of the easiest clients I’ve ever come across or maybe because they both complement each other so well, whether off or on camera.
Either way, the wedding day started with high anticipation. As Cindy sat there and bidding her parents goodbye, there’s a sense of solemnity in the air – a realisation that the big moment has come. I am particularly fond of the pictures of Cindy and her parents, where she sat down with them for a moment in frames. But really, there was just so much emotions in that short seconds and I’m glad the results do justice to that memory.
As the day passed, more pleasant moments passed with each significance that I’m sure will be a distant memory pretty soon for everyone involved. It’s how our brains work isn’t it? To make space for new ones. But I’d also like to think that what our heads lack in storing capacity, our hearts generously make up for it.
Benny and Cindy may have already forgotten the exact scenes of their wedding day, but I’m sure a scent, a vision, or a candid picture will instantly tug at their heart strings and they will all be reminded once again. Congratulations Benny & Cindy – may your love be the constant reminder of what you had been through and what’s ahead of you.
