I had the pleasure of being quite close with Caroline the bride. In fact, I’ve known her for a handful of years already since our junior high school years. While I got to know her as a cousin of a good friend of mine and a fellow churchgoer later on , it’s her bubbly and feisty personality that really struck a chord with me.
Despite her small-built frame, Caroline is one force to be reckoned with. She is the type who lights up of the room with her cheerful and carefree spirit. She is the girl who says yes to each passing opportunity and seizes it with her loud banging personality. Caroline may be small in appearance, but she is strong-willed and fiercely loyal. And I am truly proud to be one among her friends list.
For a special person like Caroline, it took someone equally extraordinary to win her heart. William and Caroline got to know each other during her visit to Bali through mutual friends. After a phone number exchange and being in constant contact, our girl Caroline wasted no time and seized the next chance to move to Bali so they could be together.
I personally found Caroline’s moving to Bali very admirable. How often do we pause, ponder or even give up at the possibilities that life has to offer? How many of us wait for decision to be made for us, instead grabbing it by the throat? And then there is Caroline, petite as she is, showing us all how it’s done.
To William and Caroline, congratulations on finding your true soulmates. You guys are truly made for each other and I couldn’t be happier for both of you. I know that you two will continue to be goofy in love and passionate in life – and sometimes, that is really everything.
