The famous physicist Albert Einstein once said :
“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving”
Out of all quotes that we’ve read from the great mind of Einstein, the bicycle simili is probably one the most favorite for many people. It’s not hard to see why. After all, it’s simple, easy to understand and bears the truth at any given time.
Relationship too is a lot like riding a bicycle. But before comes the riding part, there’s the mastering of how to ride one. And, boy – it’s not easy alright. There are a lot of getting ups and downs, hard work, sweat and maybe even pain and bloody scratches involved.
The art of balancing a bike is a lot like keeping your relationship steady too. There are continuous efforts, synchronicity, energy and so on. But despite it all, many people love riding the bike, the same reason like many people enjoy being in love – it’s fun, liberating, costs almost nothing and hey, it’s good for you!
For Indra and Jenny, our couple from the same hometown of Sibolga, the bicycle made an appearance as a prop during their photoshoot. It’s more than symbolical in their case, because these two are in fact a dynamic duo with a palpable fun element in all the right places. Their love story started as Indra began to make fun and tease Jenny with good humor. And I suppose, Jenny must have the same sense of humor too because they both hit it off all the way to wedding bell.
My favorite thing about their pre-wedding session is definitely how much these two enjoyed the photoshoot. They’re super easy to work with, giving me the creative freedom to direct the whole thing. It’s an honor when your clients trust you and it always works to give me the confidence-boost. As a result, there are more than a few of my most-favorite shoots that I hope you’ll enjoy in the reel.
Thank you Indra and Jenny, keep on being the fun couple I know you two are. And keep riding!
