Engaged Heulwen & Ira by Juvenco

I once read a story about how everyone is born with an invisible red thread on their little finger. Each thread would connect to another person, which is the universe way of telling us that it’s our soulmate. Whichever two persons who are connected will always have intertwined lives and answering to one another, despite the existence of thousand other people who might roam the earth.

That was a story that I read a very, very long time ago. In fact, I had already forgotten all about it- until I got to know Ira and Heulwen, that is. The story of how this couple met immediately made all that little story resurfaced from the back of my mind like a snap of fingers.

Huelwen actually met Ira through Instagram, which is not at all a new thing nowadays. But here’s the twist, Ira is not just any other girl on Instagram. See, Ira goes by the name “ miss.fng” and looking at her number of followings, she probably received dozens of DMs per day from interested bachelors.

Yet, out of those dozen DMS she usually ignored, Ira replied Heulwen, just at the right time and the right place. Well, the rest is history and my faith in the soulmate theory is further strengthened.

For their prewedding session, I had the luck to assist them during the magical Christmas season in Prague. Needless to say, the picturesque city did all the heavy lifting for me. It’s truly an effortlessly beautiful city oozing with romantic vibes all around the corners. The only thing that could rival its charm though was the chemistry Ira and Heulwen shared on and off camera.

I have to say that Ira is one of the nicest Insta-celebs ( is that the right term? ) that I’ve ever encountered. She’s not just kind, but easily warms up to you with her sweet and tender attitude. Personally, having both their trust is the most satisfying honor and pleasure. So, although this reel is published a tad late, I can still feel my heart swelling with pride and happiness.
