Easier said than done, is it? How many of us cling to relationships for the fear of losing the other person? Or how many of us prefer to be in a relationship and pass up other chances, just because we’re too wrapped up with someone?

But all that fear and worry don’t seem to apply our couple, Sharon and Vincent. For that reason, I can confidently say that their love story is one of the many that made an impression on me. By the end of this post, I hope it would have the same impact on you too.

Vincent and Sharon went way back, they had always been close since very young – the best of childhood friends. They dated during school times, but took a break during their university years.

He went on with his life, and so did she. Both dated with other respective people and what was once a young love soon faded into another story of another day in the past. “Life went on, and we had our chance. It’s for the best”; Or so they thought.

When Sharon ended up being single after her last relationship one day, news travelled all the way to Vincent. Following his guts, he broke up with his then-girlfriend and went professing his love to Sharon all over again. And just like the ending of any Hollywood love flick, there they are – a couple once again, for good.

Hearing their story, you’d probably think Vincent is your typical brassy guy, someone who doesn’t play by the rules. To the contrary, Vincent is quite obedient. It is Sharon who is the decisive one. But when the right moment came, I’m so glad that Vincent rose up to the challenge and made the right call. Because it surely doesn’t take a genius to see, these two totally belong together. The real chemistry between them was so mesmerizing, you could almost touch it.

But don’t take my words for it, let my shots here do the work. You’ll see that this is what true love is all about and be reminded that, hey, it’s not so bad to let go sometimes.
