A little Java essence of Iman and a little Batak essence of Noi blend into one cup of warm love. The first time we met Noi, we knew at that moment she would be the most loving bride ever. Noi is a kindergarten teacher with a huge patience and smile, it would just melt everyone’s heart to listen to her voice: soft, tender and full of love.
Every wedding is always unique to us. This is our first Muslim wedding and we love every little bit to bit about this wedding. It was holy, beautiful and moving ceremony.
Their ceremony took place in Noi’s childhood home marked by vintage furniture and the backyard was decorated in gold/white theme. Beautiful vows were read out of the holy Al-Quran. After the ceremony ensued the most epic processional Batak traditions, where the bride and groom pimped in colourful Batak outfits.
The night reception was romantic with 3,000 guests attending. We enjoyed the night dancing and fooling around with their friends and families. Such an amazing night and these photographs will be one of our most favourite to treasure, yet.
